Patient Experience 101

Mike was contracted by the Alberta Health Services, Patient Experience Department to create a mandatory education curriculum for all AHS staff. In this project he worked with the patient experience team and two AHS employees (pharmacists, and protective services manager) to discuss how to enhance the patient experience using a digital story as the starting point for their discussion. This conversation was then elaborated upon in additional educational content provided in the curriculum. This curriculum is freely available to the public and can be accessed using the link below.
