Edmonton Health Advisory Council

In 2018, Mike partnered with the Greater Edmonton Health Advisory Council to create digital stories about the work of the council and the importance of engaging patient and family advisors in quality improvement work. The stories shared how personal healthcare experiences can be valuable information for healthcare providers as they continually improve care. Despite significant usage in various quality improvement initiatives, none of these stories are currently publicly available.
