Palliative and End-of-Life Care
In the Spring 2018, Mike worked with Alberta Health Services (AHS) to organize and facilitate a Digital Storytelling workshop with five patient- and family-advisors who had lost a loved one. The stories explored the important themes of supporting family members through the last few months and weeks of their loved one’s life. The stories are incredibly powerful and have been used in many different capacities to improve palliative and end-of-life care in Alberta.
